Fox Group acted as principal contractor for the delivery of Ashcroft, a new residential development of 30 affordable homes situated off Estcourt Road in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Delivered on behalf of Flagship Homes, the scheme provides a mix of one-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom family houses, allocated to residents from the local housing register.

The development includes contemporary, energy-efficient features throughout, with air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points installed to support sustainable living and reduce long-term running costs. The project received additional funding from Homes England.

The homes were constructed on land formerly part of the historic Northgate Hospital site, contributing to the regeneration of this well-connected coastal area. Only minutes from Great Yarmouth seafront, Ashcroft provides high-quality affordable homes in a location with excellent transport links and community amenities.
