As of December 2025, we are currently working on site preparing for the arrival of the piling contractors. This project includes the full design and construction of 22 new dwellings, along with all associated external works, services, and drainage at Extons Road in King’s Lynn.

All homes will be fitted with modern air source heat pump systems, making the development energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Once complete, the scheme will deliver high-quality new homes and enhance the local residential offering within the area.
